Portland, OR – February 27, 2023 – Two of The Oregon Clinic’s different specialty groups today debut a new shared location at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center. The Oregon Clinic Advanced Urology Associates and The Oregon Clinic Surgical Specialists South have operated across the hall from each other for many years as separate entities. Today, the two groups begin seeing patients in a new, modernized, shared office that consolidates the space needs of both groups.
“The new, remodeled suite is beautiful and modern, and advantageous to both of our groups,” said Dr. Daniel Au, a physician at The Oregon Clinic Advanced Urology Associates. “By consolidating some of our space, we’ve reduced duplication of efforts and dramatically upgraded our environment for our patients and staff.”
Patients visiting the new office will be welcomed into a shared modern reception and waiting area. Front office staff from both specialty groups will work to check in patients. Each specialty group has its own dedicated side of the suite with new state-of-the-art patient exam and procedure rooms, staff offices, and more. The groups will share use of a breakroom and a new utility room dedicated to the processing, storage and cleaning of equipment.
The employees from both groups will remain the same. However, front office staff will be cross trained for both specialties to reduce the need for outside float staff to fill in when a colleague is absent. This additional coverage will create a more seamless experience for patients.

Specialty services provided by both groups will remain the same. The Oregon Clinic Advanced Urology Associates will continue providing minimally invasive surgery, kidney stone treatment, prostate disease treatment, incontinence, urologic oncology, infertility, and erectile dysfunction. The Oregon Clinic Surgical Specialists South will continue to provide general, breast, laparoscopic, vascular, colorectal, and thoracic surgical services.
The two groups will continue to operate under their individual specialty names. The shared location for The Oregon Clinic Advanced Urology Associates and The Oregon Clinic Surgical Specialists South is at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center, 19250 SW 65th Ave, Suite 235, Tualatin, OR 97062.
