Elizabeth believes that her role as an audiologist goes beyond diagnosing and managing hearing loss; it includes treating her patients with the highest level of care, compassion, and attention.
Before joining The Oregon Clinic, Elizabeth was the Adult Cochlear Implant Lead Audiologist and created a protocol to help train other audiologists to work with cochlear implants. Elizabeth has extensive experience working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
For Elizabeth, the most rewarding part of being an audiologist is when a patient returns after being fit with hearing aids and tells her they are able to enjoy family gatherings or can hear their grandkids again. She believes that reconnecting patients with their families and friends and helping them regain their confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of being an audiologist.
Elizabeth enjoys living in Portland because she loves the food and being able to walk or bike everywhere. Outside of work, she likes reading, discovering new coffee shops, and going to music and art shows.
