As a dietitian living with celiac disease, Jenny Ching has an intimate understanding of the challenges that come with dietary restriction. She uses her personal experience alongside education to guide patients with similar restrictions and help them relearn how to enjoy food again. Jenny is inspired by watching her patients grow more confident in navigating their food choices and using this knowledge to improve their quality of life.
Jenny’s journey in nutrition and dietetics began as a culinary teacher, helping others discover the joy of cooking. She integrates these cooking skills into her holistic approach to nutrition that uses food as medicine. By sharing practical tips and techniques, Jenny empowers individuals to make informed and creative food choices that help them feel good. Her goal is to show that with the right guidance, anyone can turn dietary limitations into culinary opportunities.
Outside of work, Jenny loves to play basketball and enjoys watching all things WNBA and Unrivaled. Whenever the weather is fine, she spends quality time out in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with family and friends playing kickball, running, or hiking outdoors.
