Dr. Jessica Haraga completed her undergraduate degree in integrative biology with honors at the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. She completed internal medicine residency at Oregon Health & Science University and gastroenterology fellowship at UCLA. Dr. Haraga specialized in gastroenterology because of its diversity: from the patients to the medicine, to the ever-expanding endoscopic procedures to treat GI conditions. The most rewarding aspect of her job is her relationship with her patients. She enjoys learning about their lives and sharing stories.
Dr. Haraga loves all the city things to do in Portland while also being close to nature. She loves trying new restaurants, hiking, and doing (almost) anything with her family and friends. As much as she loves Portland, she also loves to adventure the world with her husband, Patrick.
