As an otolaryngologist, Dr. Zald enjoys being able to offer both medical and surgical treatment options for patients across the lifespan who present with a diverse range of medical conditions. He finds it gratifying to be able to provide rapid resolution for acute, severe, or life-threatening illness. Dr. Zald is also very grateful to have frequent opportunities to form long-term relationships with patients who are faced with the challenges of managing chronic conditions that require ongoing, collaborative care.
Outside of work, Dr. Zald enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor recreation, wind sports, aviation, reading, and travel. He also likes to keep up with the latest developments in otolaryngology.
