Dr. Chang joined The Oregon Clinic Portland Dermatology in 2010.  She is originally from Kalispell, Montana and received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College in Boston.  She earned her medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University, where she completed her residency training in dermatology in 2007.  She is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and Oregon Dermatology Society.

Dr. Chang believes dermatology is unique in that it encompasses all ages, as well as medical, surgical, and pathology skills, and that this variability makes it extremely rewarding. She considers taking care of people a privilege, and volunteers her time with Project Access NOW. Dr. Chang also provided charitable care at The Wallace Medical Concern.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her doing something active outdoors with her husband and two young boys. She is an avid soccer player and loves to watch her sons play, as well as the Timbers. She also enjoys reading and gardening and is treasurer of the Oregon Scholastic Chess Federation.
