Tawna Pangborn has a special interest in exploring her patient’s experiences and helping them to improve their lives and find relief through managing or preventing GI issues.
Since we continue to learn more about how the GI tract is the source of so many symptoms that cause distress and even compromise quality of life, it’s gratifying for Tawna to teach her patients. She always feels a deep sense of satisfaction when a patient tells her as they leave the visit that they understand more than when they arrived.
Outside of work Tawna enjoys ocean kayaking, hiking, snow sports, gardening, dancing, and leisure time with her two adorable cats and her significant other. She loves having the nearby choice of ocean, forests/mountains, and everywhere in between to pursue “nature therapy.”
